Return Policy
This page outlines the rules for returning or exchanging products purchased from the MILAVIE (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") online store.
1. Return Timeframes
1.1. The Buyer has the right to request the return or exchange of a purchased item within 7 calendar days of delivery. 1.2. After this period has expired, products are no longer eligible for return or exchange.
2. Item Condition
2.1. Items may only be returned if the following conditions are met:

The product retains its original, saleable appearance.

The product is unused (shows no signs of wear or use).

The original packaging, labels, and seal (if applicable) are intact.

The Buyer presents proof of payment (receipt or electronic invoice).
3. Return Procedure
3.1. To initiate a return, the Buyer must contact the company via email at info@milavie.ge or by phone at 555 50 09 82 to state the reason for the return. 3.2. The returned parcel must be sent to the company's address.
4. Shipping Costs
4.1. The Buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. 4.2. Exceptions apply if the reason for the return is a factory defect or an incorrectly shipped product. In such cases, the Seller covers the full shipping cost.
5. Refunds
5.1. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the item is received at the warehouse and its condition is inspected. 5.2. Refunds will be issued via cashless payment only, to the same bank account used for the original purchase. 5.3. The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount (except for the exceptions listed in clause 4.2).
6. Exceptions
The following are not eligible for return:

Products with damaged packaging;

Items purchased during a promotion or sale (if specified in advance).
