Shipping Policy

This page outlines the shipping terms and conditions for products sold by Milavie (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") to the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer").

1. General Conditions

1.1. Upon placing an order, the Buyer selects the desired shipping method and provides a precise delivery address. 1.2. Shipping services are available throughout the entire territory of Georgia (excluding occupied territories). 1.3. Delivery is facilitated by our courier partner: Easy Way (www.easyway.ge).

2. Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Subsequently, the parcel is handed over to the courier service.

Note: Delivery times may be extended during holidays or in force majeure situations.

3. Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are determined by the parcel's weight and the delivery address. The total cost is calculated automatically at checkout.

4. Delivery Rules

4.1. The courier will deliver the parcel directly to the addressee or to an adult present at the specified address. 4.2. The courier will contact you at the provided mobile number prior to arrival. 4.3. If the courier is unable to reach you or you are not at the location, the parcel will be returned to the warehouse. A fee will apply for any re-delivery attempts. 4.4. Upon delivery, the Buyer is obligated to visually inspect the packaging. In the event of damage, do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately.
